I strongly believe in bringing true dedication and passion to my classes to share my experience and bring Yoga into people's life. I want to teach my students how to become more aware of themselves from the inside out and feeling healthier and happier.

 

I see Yoga as a life long tool to deal with pressures in different situations and help students to develop a stronger sense of balance, strength and calm. 

 

By incorporating various aspects of different Yoga styles, I feel Yoga becoming more accessible for everyone and without competitiveness. 

 

 

Why Yoga ?

 

Do you think that you are not flexible or fit enough? Too young or too old? Too busy and uncomfortable to go to a studio and follow a schedule? 

 

There are many opinions and preconceptions about Yoga, and lots has been written and stated, however, there is no better way than trying it for yourself. Yoga has so much to offer to everyone, the physical practice just being a part of the whole science of yoga and the benefits are countless. Maybe you have your reasons not to join a studio and you are happier in a private setting or smaller group setting? Whichever it is, let me help you and take you on your own personal Yoga journey!

Training with a dedicated Personal Yoga Instructor allows you to work at your own pace, choosing your own time, place and privacy. Classes will be tailored to your personal goals, health situation and needs, the level of difficulty will be suited to your ability. This ensures a safe and comfortable learning experience.

My personal Yoga story

The first time I experienced how Yoga can achieve total wellbeing of body and mind was whilst attending a prenatal class during my pregnancy.

No other approach to fitness and health has ever felt as complete to me ever since.

"It was this gentle and holistic approach together with the fulfilled feeling after each yoga session that made me want to explore Yoga further".

 

Having since trained as a yoga teacher enables me to share the remarkable benefits that Yoga offers, not just through the physical practise, but also through breathing techniques as well as meditation.

 

I see the restorative and relaxing qualities of yoga as a very important tool in today's busy world. Teaching my students how to connect and find a place to go within themselves, learn how to relax and gain strength, flexibility and stamina at the same time is immensely rewarding to me.

 

My focus has to be on the non competitiveness of Yoga. It is not about the most difficult pose or being the most flexible, it is about getting away from stereo-type categorisation and about making Yoga available to everyone, irrelevant of shape, age and background.

Yoga for Wellbeing
 
Spend some time with yourself and experience the amazing benefits of Yoga. Classes will be tailored according to your fitness level and personal goal, whether this is to learn how to deal with stress, become more flexible or learn how to relax.
 
Yoga is unique in that it teaches strength, stamina and flexibility at the same time. It also teaches us to become more balanced, being able to deal with everyday life in a calmer and more controlled way. Yoga might make you experience a side of you that you have not yet discovered.
 
 

 

Yoga for Menopause
 
Menopause can be a challenging time for women as so many physiological and psychological changes occur due to the huge hormonal shift in our bodies.. Some women become hot, irritable, anxious and stressed. Other women feel overwhelmed by low mood and energy, apathy and despondency. A regular Yoga practise provides the ideal way to reconnect with your changing body whilst helping to maintain strength and posture, reducing tension and increasing relaxation, 
 
Yoga also helps reducing stress, strengthening back, abdominal and pelvic floor muscles. It can also teach you the tools how to find balance in this new chapter or your life.
